WHAT NAME CAN I GIVE TO MY COMPANY?

There are two conditions for choosing the name for your company:

  1. The name must not already be in use on the restry. We will check with the Registries and the US Patent and Trademark Office to confirm availability of q requested name.
  2. There can be no words referring to activities that require a special license (doctor, bank, etc.) or imply a public entity (City, Federal, etc.).
