The US does not participate in the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), also known as the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) set up under the OECD. However, the U.S. tax office has announced that it will not allow the U.S. system to be used by a foreign tax resident to avoid reporting income to another country.
We do not recommend any aggressive tax strategy that would put you at risk of a fraudulent situation in your country of tax residence, especially since it is possible to legally optimize the overall taxation (company and personal) through tax treaties.
