No. Opening a company bank account is a decision made solely by the bank. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if a bank declines to open an account for you. By purchasing one of our packages, we are obligated to assist you in your application for a bank account in every way that we can, but we cannot guarantee a successful application as this is not within our power.
Our obligation is to assist you in opening your bank account, BUT we are not allowed to replace you in this process or to act on your behalf. For example, if the bank asks you for additional information about your activity, we cannot respond for you because regulations prohibit this.
During the appointment with the bank, the banker immediately tells you if the bank account is accepted or not. We promise to immediately assist you, free of additional charges, to open an account with another bank if the first bank rejects your application.
